Do you offer transportation?

No, we do not offer transportation. We are located about 5 minutes away from the Grace Bay area. Guests are required to meet us at our marina location for Jet Ski and Wake Excursions, and Leeward beach for Paddle Tours.

What is the cancellation policy?

We take full payments the day before tours, so guests are able to cancel for no penalty up to 24hrs before their tour. For last minute cancellations there is a 25% fee.

Can we reschedule/cancel if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If the weather is either too rainy or too windy, or just not safe to go out, then the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled with no penalty.

What payment options are available?

We take multiple payment methods - Zelle, Venmo, Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Cash

Are water shoes required on the Shipwreck?

Accepted Answer

Water shoes are recommended but not required. If guests do not have water shoes, then flip flops and sandals are fine.

Does the Tiki Bar sell food?

The Tiki Bar does sell both food and drinks! The food takes time, so if you plan on ordering food while on a charter or tour, at least 45 minutes is required

How old do you need to be to ride on/drive the jet ski?

There are no minimum or maximum age requirements to ride on the jet ski. To drive the jet ski alone, we require drivers to be 17 or older. To drive the jet ski with an adult on the back, we require drivers to be 15 or older.

Can we do a self-guided rental with the jet skis?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer self-guided rentals. Our jet ski tours are all PRIVATE and GUIDED tours to ensure the guests safety and fun!
